The Electric Power Protection Module (Load Distributor) is used to automatically adjust the active power distribution that can operate in parallel stably, and to ensure that the frequency and active power distribution accuracy of the power station are within the set range. The load distributor can also achieve automatic load transfer and disconnect the generator by inputting an external "load transfer" command.
Technical Parameters | Details |
Input Voltage | AC100V, AC220V, AC400V |
Power Consumption | ≤ 5VA |
Input Current | 5A |
Input Frequency | 50/60Hz |
Power Station Voltage Variation Tolerance | ±10% |
Power Station Frequency Variation Tolerance | ±5% |
Active Power Distribution Accuracy (Load Change: 20% - 100% of Rated Power) | < 10% (Load Power Factor: 0.5 - 1 (lagging)) |
Power Station Steady - State Frequency (Load Change: No - load to Load Change) | 50Hz ± 0.5Hz or 60Hz ± 0.5Hz |
Load Transfer Function | Accepts manual "load transfer", auto - transfers engine load; auto - issues opening command when load transferred to within 10% of rated power (setting adjustable) |
Light Load Output Function | Sends light load signal when generator set load < 10% of rated power (setting adjustable) |
Start/Stop Function | Sends start command to start corresponding unit when generator set load > 80% of rated power; sends shutdown command for corresponding unit when load < 20% of rated power; with normally open & normally closed passive transfer switch for start/stop (adjustable) |
Environmental Conditions | Ambient temperature: - 45 ~ 55 ºC; Relative humidity: 95%; With vibration, oil mist, salt mist during ship operation |
